terms of service
this is an interface to public smart contracts, not a broker, an exchange, or a custodian.
what this is
Venture is a website that reads public smart contracts and helps you build transactions to send to them. It does not take custody of funds, does not hold or match orders, and does not act on your behalf. Every action is a transaction you sign yourself, from your own wallet.
Once a transaction is submitted, we cannot reverse it, pause it, refund it, or recover it. Neither can anyone else — the contracts have no owner, no pause function, and no upgrade path.
no vetting, no endorsement, no advice
Anyone can create a round. We do not review, verify, endorse, or diligence any project, team, or claim made by one. The interface displays what a round declared on chain; a published schedule is a commitment enforced by code, not a statement we have confirmed about the people behind it.
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a solicitation or offer to buy or sell anything.
your responsibilities
- Securing your own wallet and keys. A lost key means lost funds, permanently, and there is no recovery path.
- Verifying the round you are funding — its address, its terms, and its treasury — before you sign anything.
- Complying with the laws that apply to you, including any restriction on participating in token sales in your jurisdiction. Do not use Venture where doing so would be unlawful.
- Any tax arising from what you do here.
if you launch a round
You are responsible for what you publish and what you do with a raise you receive. The terms you declare are enforced by the contract and cannot be edited afterwards, so publish them carefully — an error in a cliff, a cap, or a treasury address is permanent.
You must not use Venture to offer securities unlawfully, to misrepresent a project, or to imply a token carries rights it does not have.
no warranty, no liability
The interface and the contracts are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The contracts are unaudited and their terms are immutable, so bugs are permanent too.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for any loss arising from contract bugs, chain failures or reorgs, RPC or interface downtime, wallet compromise, user error, or the conduct of any project listed here.
changes
These terms may change as the product does. Deployed contracts, by contrast, cannot change — a round you have already funded keeps the exact terms it was created with, whatever this page later says.
